Precision Manufacturing and Assembly
Manufacturing and assembly services can be tailored to specific customer requirements, including complete packages that take a product from concept to delivery. Designs are developed in 3D using Pro/E, and full detailed drawings are developed for manufacturing using the latest-generation CNC machinery. Assembly operations are carried out in a Class 100,000 clean room where parts are precision cleaned prior to assembly. Critical features are inspected and measurements recorded.

Precision Manufacturing and Assembly Grab

The joining processes offered include TIG welding, vacuum brazing, and micro spot and electron beam welding. Subsequent to assembly it may be necessary to perform non-destructive evaluation (NDE), including environmental testing. The NDE processes offered are X-ray, magnetic and dye penetrant testing, vibration and pressure testing. In the case of destructive testing, burst testing and subsequent D & I are available. Any process not available on-site can be sourced and managed on a project basis in order to provide the customer with a single solution that meets their requirements.

Utilizing our highly skilled staff and well-equipped facilities, we have been working in association with University College of London (UCL) in the biomedical field areas of prosthetics and joint replacement. Other precision manufacturing and assembly areas in which we currently focus are the national defense and high-performance automobile fields. Our expertise, which has grown out of our extensive aerospace work, gives us the ability to work with customers to develop unique solutions to difficult issues.
