The liquid rocket engine business of Royal Ordnance Division of British Aerospace including the Westcott facility in the UK was acquired.

2000 – U.S. / UK
The (Hamilton Standard) monopropellant engine product line from Kaiser Marquardt was acquired.

2003 – U.S. / UK
Aerojet-General purchased solid propulsion product line assets
from Sequa. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) mandated that the liquid propulsion line be divested.

2004 – U.S. / UK
In-Space Propulsion delivered the 1,700th 22N Cb ACS engine.

2004 – U.S. / UK
We successfully launched two complete propulsion systems in support of the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) Critical Measurements Program.

2004 – U.S. / UK
The acquisition by AMPAC was completed, with transfer of all assets including facilities in Niagara Falls, NY, and Westcott, UK. The new company designation became AMPAC In-Space Propulsion (ISP), a subsidiary of American Pacific Corporation (AMPAC).

2005 – U.S. / UK
We delivered the first MMH/MON apogee engine at 318 seconds
specific impulse.

2005 – U.S. / UK
We qualified the high-performance 22N MMH/MON Pt/Rh ACS engine at 300+ seconds specific impulse.

2006 – U.S. / UK
We flight qualified 5 lbf Pt/Rh engines and LEROS 2b.
