Inspection
AMPAC-ISP Westcott uses a Ferranti 3-axis coordinate measuring machine (CMM), Talysurf Surface Finish measuring machine and a SIP Optical 3-axis measuring machine for precision inspection of components and surfaces.

Clean Room Facilities
AMPAC-ISP Westcott's Class 100,000 clean room is 1,600 square feet (149 m2)
and meets Federal Standard 209. The clean room houses particle counting,
ultrasonic and precision cleaning, pressure testing and high-magnification
inspection equipment for the manufacturing and inspection of precision
parts and assemblies. Precision scopes are also available to inspect holes
and galleries down to 0.4 mm diameter. Laminar flow benches rated at
Class 100 are also available.
